SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

All prices below are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please allow at least two business days for all orders to be processed and dispatched.

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Please note that deliveries to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 8 Business Days.

Once your package has been sent you will receive a tracking number and details via email within 48 hours.

We are unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged via Australia Post or all other courier services once they have been dispatched. An enquiry will need to be lodged with the courier company if this is the case. If an item is tracked as "Delivered" we will not accept responsibility if you cannot locate the parcel.

Please ensure delivery details are correct as once it is dispatched we are unable to intercept it.

* Express Post is available and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard. We do our very best to ensure International orders are shipped quickly and for a smooth delivery but do not have control over delays caused by flight restrictions and customs offices in other countries.

Packages may be subject to additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various countries outside of Australia. If you are unsure of the charges that may apply in your country, please contact your local customs office for more info.
